philip140 6
looks like a bullet from a muzzle loading pistol. Quote Link to post
mattydski 560
i was thinking a .38 wadcutter on the right. Quote Link to post
410phil 4
The rounds on the left look like 410 shotgun solid slugs ,,but I might be wrong,, 410 PHIL Quote Link to post
waidmann 105
the ones on the left look like pistol/handgun ( 7.62 para??) the ones on the right look like solid shot but are obviously too small so muzzel loader could be quite close ( smooth bore, hence the rifling on the round). a wad cutter should not have rifling, and should be concave at the tip. an exact measurement of the projectiles should help a little further. atb Quote Link to post
410phil 4
MAKE THAT THE ROUNDS ON THE RIGHT !!!! Quote Link to post
3jackwhite3 2
the ones on the right look like a 410 shotgun slug. Quote Link to post
MrYou 0
what diametre are they? can you easure them with a vernier, or a rough idea with a ruler. look 357 cal , or 32 cal handgun to me.....the r/h pics are wad cutters. Quote Link to post
waidmann 105
a pound coin being 22mm( approx)and the estimation of both projetiles( from the pic using a piece of paper ) would be around 7.5 mm. i would stick with 7.62 parabellum on the left. a wadcutter should in my experiance be concave(front end) .410 being 10.4mm i find this unlikely unless "sabot" projected. go on give us a clue Quote Link to post
