noisey 1 Posted December 13, 2009 Report Share Posted December 13, 2009 Went ratting last week with JDfrain off here and a few other lads. Had my patterdale Max, JDFrains two Fagan and Wilf, the keepers Shovel and my pup Gus that i am bringing on. Started off around the pheasant pens with the smoker and got about 20 rats. Then we moved on to a old grain pile at the side of a wood, we were bolting loads of rats but the cover was to thick so the gamekeeper rang one of the farmers and he came with the JCB. He lifted each set and dumped it in a clear area, rats were spilling out all over. end up with 55 rats and my pup got a few. Total for the day was 75.
