help needed

I'm after some information reguarding a pup my friend bought back in 2004.

 

The dog was a smooth coated Patterdale about 15" but easily spannable, dark chocolate almost black in colour.

 

This dog had the potential to be a fantastic worker that self entered at 11months old. Only had the chance of

a couple of digs before he was unfortunately lost while just out walking.

 

The dog was named Spike and purchased from a chap in Lancashire although i get the feeling he was selling for

someone else.

 

We have lost the details for the guy he came from so the only info we have is breeding notes that go back to

the GGG Grand parents.

 

Does anyone recognise any of the names below?

 

Any help would be greatly received!
