Anyone Used This Breed

Just been looking through some ads on the internet, and come across Whippet x Jack Russell pups, anyone ever used one??

saw afew but never owned one , pestcontroler i know had them and so did a guy out of old country years ago i think someone on hear bred ,a litter of russel greyhounds ,dont no what happend to them , not a cross i would recomend unless just bushing and maybe shitty places wereabig dog would come to greif

yeah my mate has one.she's a cracking dog for ratting and she works well with ferrets.she no good lamping though she barks because of her terrier genes

my mate over in oz runs a couple they call them "jackets"! he says they are brilliant rabbit and rat dogs and they even join in on the pigs!

Technically hes my wifes but we both work him. He does everything a small lurcher should ferrets, bushes, rats, flushes things, never had a yap out of him on or off the lamp. Very trainable and very keen. i would definately have another and we might even put him over my lurcher bitch next year.

firstdog i owned as a boy. cracking coupled with the ferret, got a good nose and a fair turn of pace to pick up runners. Great starter dog or ferreting/bushing companion.
