events co-ordinator 353 Posted December 12, 2009 Report Share Posted December 12, 2009 Two things it is illegal for a vet in scotland to dock a pups tail wether chipped or not and the certificate is only Evidence that would get you both convicted in court. However its perfectly legal to take an expectant bitch south of the border and if she whelps in England? the pups can be docked and brought back to Scotland!!
