steboro 26 Posted December 8, 2009 Report Share Posted December 8, 2009 got a 7 month old jrt dog never been out spent its time locked in a shed it's the black and white one in the pic got it yesterday what's the point in getting a dog and not looking after it.the other jrt in the pic i have had for 13 months bitch that one was kicked out when it come in it first season.the preves owners of the bitch have had 3 dogs in a year now they have a gerbil now and no dogs.it, just not wright people treating dogs like this.i just feel like going round to there houses and locking them in a shed.had the male jrt out today pulls on the lead a bit. go,s after cars dernt let him off the lead .soon sort him out get him in the woods for a bit of mooching bit of rating the bugger will love it the bicth as gone for him a few time,s i will have to sort that out.had to sleep on the settee with him. barking every time i left him .left him today ript the wall paper of and chewed the kids shoes.so glad the wife likes dogs Quote Link to post Share on other sites

It is a shame that dogs are treated like that, imagine these people are probably bringing up kids as well, dear help the kids, eh? At 7 months he is still a pup and if all he has seen is the inside of a shed, being in a house must be full of such excitement and tempting things to chew. I got a JRT the same way - mine was eleven months old when I got him - but same thing, probably bought on impulse then locked away and ignored. I had him sixteen years and he turned into a right little cracker. He had his own ideas about some things (don't they all!) but never actually failed at anything I asked him to do. Broke my heart when he died. Somebody told me that the people who had him before me went out and got a Boxer puppy shortly afterwards Quote Link to post Share on other sites
