chimp 299
yeah i dont think it would be worth much after 6 months with me , my army pal was using mine to straddle barbed wire fences Quote Link to post
harrycatcat 31
If I was looking for a semi auto, 26inch chrome lined barrels with cammo type "print" what sort would you recommend and NOT in the £1700 bracket. Thanks Quote Link to post

Stay away from the Escort. I had a 9 shot on FAC and it was forever jamming and it had two new firing pins before I said enoughs enough and got my money back. Quote Link to post
harrycatcat 31
Thanks for your replies, where are these escorts made because they seem to get a poor write up from some folk and they cant all be wrong. Yet I have had a Baikal for nearly 30 years fits like a glove and its never missed a beat and I cant imagine how many cartridges its had through it and some folk slag them off. I do clean it though every boxing day whether it needs it or not. Quote Link to post

Mmmmmmmmm just looked up "Baikal semi auto camo" and it came up with a gun with a good report http://gunmart.net/gun_review/baikal_mp153_semi-auto/ and I think about £500 brand new. Could do with getting hold of a second hand one. Quote Link to post
