Wat was shown on countryfile is nothing new as a similar program on illeagal coursing was shown in the 90s as a couple of my mates were shown on it and to cast a bad light they then showed high powerd catapults that were used to deter landownerswallbash.gif IMHO i think all this publicity is down to the law having a big purge due to the fact the police budget is going to be slashed by millions next year but then again [bANNED TEXT] have the police ever tackled crime that realy efects the ordinary working man.Look at the millions they spent on the miners strikemad.gif

when is everyone going to realise. the public hate us and these programs are for the public to watch so there not going to upset the public are they. the ban is there so in there minds we have no argument.in there eyes our side of the story isn't relevant because we are blood thirsty cruel low life's.like said in a previous post. every lurcher terrier man in the country should get out there the same day and show these people we are still here and we have a voice. lets face it nothing could damage our sports more than they already are

They make out like it's cruel to allow terriers to work because of the injuries they can pick up. What they seem to over look is that no terrier can be forced to do the job.

If a terrier doesn't want to do the job then it comes away from the quarry, simple as that, and if a terrier does not show any interest in the graft it was bred to do, it will not be used for that purpose again.

The only terrier that goes to ground and works its quarry is the one that wants to do the job, the one that has the desire burning within it's blood to do so.

There's no way you can force a terrier to go to ground and work, it has to want to do it.
