jclay91 12
i am going to apply for a day permit for sometime in january, maybe in the 3rd or 4th week (my calendar tells me its full moon on15th january!?), i have never shot on the wash and i am wondering if ther is anyone who would be willing to take me out for a morning and evening flight(moonlight), (not so sure i want to be walking on marshes i dont know and dont want to disturb any other shooters by not knowing which way to go!)! I have shot geese and ducks inland and on the foreshore in scotland so i am not a beginner but by know means an expert or amazing shot! I do not own any decoys or hide equipment and unfortunately, after drinking water from near a rat infested farm i no longer have a dog All i would be able to bring is a shotgun, some non toxic cartridges and some decent wildfowling clothing! If ther is anyone who would be kind enough to take me out, and show me the ropes i would be very gratefull! also, any advice on what non toxic loads would be best, my gun will take 3inch shells and is proofed for steel?? please mail me!!
