3jackwhite3 2
fox with an air gun is a big no no and you will need an fac if you want it more than 12ft pound. Quote Link to post
air gunner 0
good gun from what i have heard. rabbits easy hare are sort of a no go area but it is possible but often frowned upon. fox definatly NOT. i use a bsa spring powered air rifle and quarry is rabbit squirrel pigeon and corvids. To tune an air rifle above 12ft lbs you need and FAC and not really worth it. a 17hmr or .22 are better or even a hushpower or something. (unless your permission requires an air rifle or you absolutly love air rifles) Quote Link to post
The Seeker 3,048
As per other posts air rifles are definitely not appropriate for fox. I have a .22 rim fire and a 17HMR neither of these are endorsed by South Yorkshire Police Licensing for fox although I do know some authorities will allow this. Above 12ft lb as suggested you will need a FAC. Good luck mate Quote Link to post
