Tony,

Yes the North Yorkshire squizzers are nails mate, Reggaeman will back me up on that one.

I only really shoot squizzers in the head if possible and the neck if a head shot isn't on. I try to always be as accurate as the gun can be mate but I'm afraid I'm not that a good shot to be able to do that mate. I don't even think the world champion FT guys and girls are that good to be able to shoot to a Walther match grade barrel spec.

The 16 grain FX pellets nails them with the high kinetic energy which knocks them over. Believe me they are dead mate but always seem to jump around a lot with the nerves just like a bunny does some times.

Regards

Si, :icon_redface:

I wasn't having a go about your shooting bud

I've not seen any squizzer drop and stay dropped, thats why I asked if it was a squizzer version of the death boogie like a bunny does with its legs.

I've heard from many people that they are hard little feckers and I cant wait to get my first.

I'd always put it down to less than perfect shot placement until I saw the close-up of you holding the squizzers and I could clearly see the shot placement was deffinately perfectly spot on

TBH I wish my shooting was up to your standard.

I'm most impressed with your shooting accuracy (bar missing that 'X' in the centre of the bull :tongue2: :tongue2: only jokin :whistling: )

Take care my friend

PS, forgot to say, enjoy the 100 :clapper: jammy git

Nice one Zini. Don't you do anything other than go shooting???

Also you've now made me very jealous as after your verminator problems I discounted it from my wish list and went back to the HW100KT in .22.

However, this close to Christmas,I couldn't justify it and I have just bought a secondhand Air Arms S400 with a Rowan Engineering magazine. So I'll have to see how I get on with that.

Look forward to your next video starring the HW.

Cheers mate

Cheers all,

Dont worry Tony i never thought you were getting at my shooting friend  .

I'm like every one i have my good days and the days when i cant hit a barn door at 10 paces :wallbash: .

Ive changed pellets since that 9 shot group with the R10 Tony anyway and the group is really tight now. The FX pellets make the R10 a beast of a gun now and its as accurate as hell. I think i was using Webley Accupels if i remember correctly with the R10 before :hmm:

Sib, Im sure the S400 will be immaculate mate and hammer many bunnies in your stables and paddocks.

Im glad that your happy with the deal Chris mate.

Ill hopefully making a bit of video tomorrow with the HW100KT if the weather stays fine and the squizzers come out to play :whistling:

Hi guys and in Rabbits case lady

Thanks for all your kind and supportive replies.

It’s no problem Chris mate, as I told you today on the phone. That’s what friends are for, to help out other mates when they are in need.

Its funny that you mentioned that about the .177 calibre mate, because today I went back to the gun shop in Richmond and they informed me that Deben had credited their account with £800 for the broken Verminator.

I looked around the shop and guess what was there jumping out at me saying “please buy me

Only a .22 calibre Weihrauch HW100KT. I couldn’t resist mate and snatched it up in a second. So now I am the proud owner of a HW100KT and a BSA R10 both in .22 calibre.

I took the new gun to the zero range for a test of it and was happy to see it smack out drawing pins at 30 lased metres with ease just like my R10 does and Verminator did.

Luckily for me the HW100KT also loves FX 16 grain pellets and producer’s 1p size groups centre to centre at 30 metres with ease.

I’m looking forward to you coming up soon mate as the DVD is now finished by 1 last good bunny bashing lamping session, so I require yours and Wuzzy’s skill up here shooting while I video.

If you can make this Friday Chris I’ll ask Bob my mate with the brand new AA S510 to borrow it me for the night so you can see how you get on with it. He recons the gun hasn’t had more than 1 or 2 mags through it since he bought it brand new for £620. I think for £400 you have got a steal mate. I’m chuffed to bits for you pal and glad that I’ve helped you out.

Davy,

I do my own videoing mate when out shooting in the day time. I have a tripod that I have modified to fit onto my window of my car which holds the camera really still as seen in my clips.
