goose shooters northants

anyone near northants been shooting geese and can sort me out with one for xmas dinner? pm me if u can please :thumbs::thumbs::thumbs: or does anyone know of somewhere close that would do a guided day on geese and ducks?

Better to shoot your own Ian - as it is highly illegal to sell or barter them. Have a look at the BASC Wildfowling Permit Scheme booklet (free from Marford Mill) to see if there are any possible places near you.

And I have often wondered how "barter" is defined. Obviously if you give someone a goose and they give you a bottle of wine at the same time, that would be barter. But what if you give a friend a goose this week and she gives you a bottle of wine next week? Isn't that just two friends being nice to each other.
