watchman 256
iv heard about it,tried it, didnt make a blind bit of difference, others will tell you quite the opposite im sure Quote Link to post
fensaluki 35
It dose work mate no doubt about it but it's not just a case of shaking a lamp at a bunny and it lays on its back and waits for rover to pick him up. It is one of those things that takes practice and a knack but if you keep at it it'll definatley put more bunnys in the bag mate. Another good trick is when buggs is on his toes and you have slipped your dog switch your lamp off for just a second or two and the rabbit will slow giving your dog an edge.Again it takes practice but will definatly give you better bags when your use to it. Hope this helps ATB Quote Link to post

andyrose 8
i always use that trick, just as they're getting towards the hedge. Don't know whether it scares the rabbit or confuses it, but it definitely works Quote Link to post
Meerihunter 7
It's certainly works and enable to catch rabbits that sat only yards from the field edge, rabbit that many folk would slip on. I've a few video's here where you can it working well enough. You can also stop rabbits running in that are a good distance away by shining the beam between the rabbit and the field edge, as they are often happier to squat down in the darkness rather than move into the lamp beam.
