I think charging the lad with manslaughter is about the best option really.

Something needs to be done to get through to these chavs that they will be made responsible for any actions there dogs may carry out.

As long as he gets banged up for a few years i'll be happy.

Pitbulls or any other powerfull agressive breeds should not be kept around children!

I think the authorities are walking down a dodgy road with trying to do the fella for manslaughter.....have the pakies who bred the dog that killed the little girl from liverpool been tracked down and charged with manslaughter as well.

 

If a rottweiler go,s nuts and kills a kid next week will the breeder or owner of that be charged with manslaughter or only people who own illegal breeds ? i mean a kids no less dead if its killed by a legal breed right ?

 

If i go and blow someones head off with a shotgun will the person be any less dead or the punishment be any less if i had a gun licence therefore making it a legal weapon ?.......i dont think they have thought this one through.

And droid,i know what manslaughter means.........however.... a dog is a dog and dead is dead !...or is it not quite so serious if a nice labrador kills a kid.

Just my opinion, but it doesn't matter a shit what sort of dog it is or isn't, there's a little lad dead, is owning any dog legal or illegal worth that?

 

Not aimed at anyone particular by the way, but who gives a f**k what it is, amateur breeding, no doubt for the money, has created some extremely untrustworthy mongrels.

 

Hope the scum who've bred the back out out of these types of animals for money are proud of their child killing machines.

What a shame though, that poor kid. I was just reading a news report on it, and they had a pic of the little boy and it makes me think just how important my kids are to me.

 

The family must be in the horrors, god knows what they're going through.

I remember a while back having an argument with one of these peddling pricks.....he said whats the difference,a certain person peddled dogs off the old skipper dog......i said back then and i,ll say it again now.....with a breed bred specifically for the pit....the further away from the pit these dogs are bred the more trouble they will cause !.....and these recent " pit bull attacks " prove this theory correct.....

my heart goes out to the family rip lad. its a shame that these gutless f*ckwits that feel the need to own dogs to give them the back bone they sadly lack think they are blameless when the dogs attack kids these idiots think that the dogs go with there "image" i admire the bull breeds for what they are these are dogs which should be worked or given some sort of job they can be ideal pets in the right hands but idiots turn them into weapons its not the dogs fault. how do we change the outlook of the public when these horrible accidents keep on happening.

They think by making it illegal to have a Pitbull in the UK that people are going to listen lol what a joke.

So long as there is a demand for something, people will find a way to make money from it, legal or not.
