set of out today windy but no rain 1 hour later gets to the farm very windy and p#ssing down sat in motor for 10 mins deciding what to do got our skins on and away we went dogs put a rabbit down the first sett about 12 holes nets on ferrets in almost straight away first one in net then the second then the third and the fourth then quitewaited 10 mins then got a mark 2 foot dug down to ferret could see ferret but rabbit was on other side got hold of the ferret and the rabbit shot away into sett decided to leave it and move on next one about 20 holes nets on ferrets in same again3 in the nets one away a good chase by the dogs and 8 in the bag another dig made 9 my 2 mates by now are soaked through to the skin and frozecalled it a day and headed back to jeep for dinner and warm bofore we set of home nearly lost jeep crossing the river as it had rose a couple of feet in2 hours glad to get home no pics as to wet and cold :wacko:
