air rifle decoying

i am lookin for a bit more info on decoying for the use of a air rifle as i will be wanting them to land so is decoying in a tree work beter or on ground and how many decoys will i need

just found a site , that in scotland they are trying to ban air rifles. have a lok through my chats and you will get a bit more info on it

yeah i seen it this morning and i dnt think it will happen as it will just meen more trapping and more quarry getting caught that was not intended i think that maybe there should be some sort of register or some small questionaire etc

If you are putting out decoys buy a couple of the battery powered pecking decoys to add a bit of realistic movement to the pattern, I also bought a couple of crow decoys which I put about 30ft away from the rest of the pattern to act as confidence decoys. I do have a rotary decoy but to be honest yes it does work but I have just as much success without it.
