scouse moocher 0
Had my bitch out last night to break her into the new season and give her a few slips on the lamp. Went to a local field, soon as the lamp went on she seen her quarry and started to pull, i slipped the dog she took off and give a good course about a minute and a half, bitch ran her quarry out of the beam and through a fence, she jumped the fence turned it back in but lost it through another fence, as the course was so long i was running with the lamp to keep up with them, turned the lamp off when i knew shed lost it and waited for her return, quite a light night and i seen her silouette pacing to 3 different points of the field looking for me, dont how or why but she seen a lad the other side of the road near to the field and i pressume she assumed it was me. she took off jumped the fence and i heard a deafening bang, i knew but didnt want to admit, i raced to the fence and aside the road where i seen a woman with her car pulled over crying, glass all over the road and my bitch Belle lying at the side... She was dead when i got there... im 17 and know the risks of owning and working a lurcher, but i cried like a feckin baby last night i know shes aint the first and sure as hell wont be the last... just glad no one was hurt spose it cudda been worse ... but shudda wudda cuddas dont make it any less gutting She was a fantastic bitch and i was looking forward to my first proper season with her R. i .
