bird 9,926
Well having had a few xs in the last 25 years,=bullxs, colliexs, bitzas, none ped whippet. As i hunt for the pot fur+feather, and the odd red coat. I would say colliexgreyx salukixgrey, with a bit of luck still got the brain with speed+stamina if it came out right.??. Got a 1x colliexgrey now, good rabbit dog. But i think the other x , might make a [better] alrounder.?? Quote Link to post

mcass123 6
i like the greyhound x deerhound had a saluki / grey x grey / whippet a few years ago, he was reluctant to strike and yapped like mad when ever he was on a run, i was told by a guy that is regarded as a well educated doggy man that the yapping and reluctance to strike was the "saluki" in him, since then i have never looked at the saluki x, until now......... my new pup has a touch of saluki in him, i have read lots about the saluki though and they seem to have endless stamina which is greatwho knows i may change my views and my mind in a few years about them but right now, for me, its got to be the greyhound x deerhound. for all the guys that own and run the saluki cross, i am not in any way putting these dogs down or disrespecting them in any way so lets not argue over this post cheers mcass123 Quote Link to post
