colliejohn 840 Posted November 30, 2009 Author Report Share Posted November 30, 2009 (edited) Earthy, you know what he,s like, no offence to Ray, but he won,t be sixty pounds and 24 inches, at least i don,t hope so lol, Bird is in a different league now he,s going out with the big boys lol. regards collie john. john you no about these collie cross advice mate my bitch 13 month wont lift squaters had her out with other dogs is it the collie or the pup in her.an willshe come out of it atb conor Conor,it,s the not collie in her mate,some dogs never master the art of picking squatters up, she is still very young yet mate, don,t over do her, pick your rabbits for her, and run her on her own, it,s all about confidence, make it as easy as you can for her, all being well she will still learn, if she doesn,t master the art of picking squatters up, as long as she catches it isn,t the end of the world, the best of luck. regards collie john. earth&hounds 94 Posted November 30, 2009 Report Share Posted November 30, 2009 <br />I get the feeling there may have been a bit of a drift towards collie lurchers in the last year.<br /><br /><br /><br />it all comes down to the owners and what they require iv seen all manor of different xs work and mine is the bull x a cracking bitch will take fur and feather some collie owners have them for the staminor will run all night but with me its just havin the buz why kill your sport with taking 20s and 30 and even 60 rabbits there is always tomorrow one of the best dogs i every seen was a deerhound collie greyhound would catch rabbit after rabbit then take fox with as much ease pre ban as the dogs been dead for about 15 odd years its fads with bredin for years its been bull xs clocks have been turned back Quote Link to post
