yorksjt 0
I am considering buying an Xtrema 2, most likely used. Has anyone had any experiance with them or own one? If so how do you find them and are there anythings I would need to look out for with them? Thanks in advance. Quote Link to post
Grousekeeper84 2
If u get one mate i bet you wont regret it all beretta autos are amazingly reliable i know of loads of guys that have ones that are 30+ years old and have never needed any new bits and have never let them down and that is rough use everyday! The extrema 2 is unlikely to be any different i would recomend the extrema 2 rather than the extrema 1 as to me it feels a lot fleeter to and the stock seems slightly shorter but thats just my opinion! Make sure u get all the bits u need to handle different weights of cartridges as it is all adjusted within the stock to suit whether ur shooting normal weights or just big 3 1/2 inch bombs. Hope this helps? Quote Link to post

Hope this helps? Thanks, I had a Berretta semi a few ago but had to sell it to do up the house, I don't let her forget. That was just a 3" mag, but it would jam on mammoth 3" cartridges which I first found out about on the foreshore! I have heard that some of the new ones had problems with them shooting to the left, but I don't know how true that is. Quote Link to post

laurona12 14
There are a few threads about the Extrema 2 shooting to the left - just google it, don't know how much truth there is in it. In my opinion you won't go far wrong with an Extrema 2, SBE 2 or a SX3 for wildfowling. The only jamming you'll be doing is down the neetclub in Barsnley, not with any of these 1 Quote Link to post
The Seeker 3,048
By all accounts these are excellent, was going to get one myself for wildfowling but they don't make a left handed version, went for a Super Black Eagle in the end and highly recommend this gun. 3.5" chamber and VERY reliable. Good luck mate Quote Link to post
jackinbox99 41
I havent got the extrema 2, but have the al391 and its awesome. Only does 3inch max, but will do everything from 21g upwards. Never had any problems. I put thousands of cartridges though it every year and only clean it once a year. Its held its value better than anything i own. Awesome gun. Quote Link to post
