bert69 5 Posted November 27, 2009 Report Share Posted November 27, 2009 the universal filter that i bought for my lamp already had the hole cut in the middle, when i commented on it the guy in the shop assured me that it was to let the heat out, when i told him that it gives you a longer beam he disagreed profusely so i left telling him to do an experiment with a bit of tape.
