I either get wet, or wear some decent waterproof clothes. Out every day, rain, sun, snow, the lot, and in my opinion the wet weather can be very productive. I feel sorry for my bull cross though, as he has an extremely light coat, and if stood about he feels it. Quote Link to post
jacrabbit 0
I hate the rain .the rabbits just dont seem to come out in the rain. I took the dog up the woods 3 times this week and not one rabbit. was lucky last week as one was sitting in the field and the dog walked on to it, easy catch . but that was just lucky as i dont see any in the rain. Brimmer 220
Just get out there and do it Max! We've had half the days out so far tipping it down. I know it makes a mess of the rabbits, you get filthy digging plus wet and cold, But even getting a morning out is better than waiting for a good day which never seems to happen this season!
