kiz 0
i wouldnt waste me time with tripe its about 75% water the same as a time of premium dog meat Foolish answer. Tripe is an excellent food for dogs. Read http://www.thehuntinglife.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=42928&st=15 and look for raimamkers excellent post.
kiz 0
its not a foolish answer at all it is nearlly all water and it used to bloat my bitch so i wouldnt use it again but each to there own, if i was to use tripe it would be green tripe not the white shit Do you THINK before typing your answers. As I pointed out, READ the post quoted and No one mentioned "the white shit"

Rainmaker 7
i read it mate dogs need wormed more and needs to be part of a balanced diet in other words its crap stuff, did my bitch no good id rather feed a tin of pedigree chum than tripe LAMB RIBS CHICKEN LIVER MINCE RABBIT HARE VENISON MIXED WUTH A DECIENT QUALITY DRY FEED,JUST MY OPINION All of those foods you listed, bar the dry food, are "nearly all" water (%) too mate, and dogs can get worms from rabbits a hell of a lot easier than from frozen green tripe. Does that mean they're all equally rubbish? Tripe's not a bad food, and is very high in protein and fat (virtually 50:50). Definitely a good part of a 'balanced diet' (I don't get how "needs to be part of a balanced diet" is a bad thing?). Unlike a tin of pedigree chum, or most dry foods come to that, tripe isn't full of useless (harmful) grains, byproducts, and nasty chemicals. If it's frozen green tripe you won't need to worry about worms either. I wouldn't bother mincing the food mate, leave it in one piece it'll do their teeth good. kiz 0
Hi ebony1, seems you asked for a supplier but maybe need a little diet help as well. These are a good place to start For recipes http://rawfeddogs.net/Recipe/List UK advice http://www.ukrmb.co....ntentnid=175912 and http://www.ukrmb.co....ntentnid=175913 and to counter some of the crap put out by the petfood companies and most vets http://www.rawfed.com/myths/index.html If you still need a supplier, pm me and will give details of who I get most of mine from, although they only deliver once a month so you will need a lot of freezer space. Just checked my suppliers delivery route and at the moment just covers areas below. I have found these (although do not know how good they are)who are more local to you. http://www.tpms.co.uk/ My supplier. blackpack 70
Rainmaker spot on. Regarding tripe is useless is utter rubbish. Tripe is a excellent part of a mixed and varied diet, trying to say that you are better off giving tined food is rubbish too. As long as you feed a raw diet it should be varied as much as you can. Good luck.
