Falconry Dogs

Just thought I would start a new topic...

 

What do you fly and has that affected the type of dog that you chose? Has how you fly your bird(s) also affected the dog you use?

 

Do you use a Pointer? Spaniel? Or a flushing Dog?

Before, i flew a female redtail at squirrells, so i didn't really need a dog, but now i fly a male goshawk, so i've got a brittany to find game, point it and then flush it, though it doesn't always work out that way!!!lol, sometimes he finds game and flushes it without getting a point.
