What boots?

Hi everyone,

 

Im going to be buying some boots for beating and shooting. Has anybody got experience of Jack Pyke countryman boots or Pro Logic max boots?

 

Ive got a budget of £100 if it helps.

my dad had some jackpyke wellies and he found them uncomftable if that helps

ive had the clearview netting hide and that was crap so in my expirence steer clear or jackpyke

In the past ive used Miendal (Makula) but for the past three seasons ive been wearing Lundhags. I find them a decent enough boot but i prefer the Miendal and will be returning to them once ive saved up my pocket money. cheers The Loon.

I got my self a pair of Irish setter boot they where shit leaked straight away and they wouldn,t do anything to sort th problem. Dont waste your money on them

Used german parra boots army surplus £20 had them four years now still water tight and comfortable but use a lot of dubbin on them.

Ive just bought a pair of Le Chameau Kevlar a very well made boot but they are expensive at £200 a pair

Cheers for the replies. Ive gone and bought some lowa mountain GTX's. I use to have these all the time in my previous job. Lets hope the guns dont look down at me for having black boots. Never mind!!

mine were 65pound were ok for 1 month then started leaking in and the stitching burst on the rabber toe cap on both boots what a load ov shite and waste of money there soft as shite
