Welcome mate,on the subject of irish staffs i used to breed them only lost my last one 2 months ago at 14 and he was a great dog and very slow to anger infact in all his years he never started a fight,loved my kids to bits,my mother used to say he was anyones for a big apple . I am great beliver in it's how you bring the dog up not the breed,only a bad dog will so aggression to humans,kids especially and not worth shit only a bullet!. still have friends that breed quallity dogs if interested. hagar 5 Posted November 29, 2009 Report Share Posted November 29, 2009 I think they are great dogs all round , dog aggression can be an issue but if you keep them well socialised from young , and dont allow a situation to develope and be vigulant they usually fine , but it only takes one scrap to start them , well bred ones usually love kids and seem to seek their company too Quote Link to post Share on other sites
