harrycatcat 31 Posted November 24, 2009 Report Share Posted November 24, 2009 Have any ex miners been successful in claiming money back from their solicitors regarding claims made for chest, vwf etc. I have just heard on radio Sheffield some chap saying you can claim the solicitors fees back. I used Beresfords in Doncaster and Greysons in Chesterfield but they wont let you know that you can get the fees back. Does anyone know anything ? any advice pm me if you don't want it on the forum. According to the radio there are some forms to fill in but I cant see Beresfords sending them out after they have been stuck off and found guilty of fraud.!! Quote Link to post Share on other sites

poacher3161 1,766 Posted November 24, 2009 Report Share Posted November 24, 2009 I have not heard anything i used beresfords for the white finger and got told i was to get 7 grand but only got 2 due to working with vibrating tools outside of the coal mines.I have heard lads are now claiming for knee compensation?atb dell ps i wish i still worked down the pit pre privateisation.
