kieran121 3 Posted November 23, 2009 Report Share Posted November 23, 2009 ive got a 11 month old pup who i knw can jump easily as ive seen him clear the average field fence but it seems like he doesnt want wich really pisses me off coz i hav to lift him over every gate. how can i get him to jump mor consistencly? thanks... Huntmad 1 Posted November 23, 2009 Report Share Posted November 23, 2009 wat i don with my pup is found a nice long fence with out barbs to start and throw him ova and walk away don say anythin and leave him he will soon jump it and be straight behind u if u dont have a fence long enough and hes runnin around jump back and forth yourself i know its a pain but it does work . do it a few times then jump ova yourself and he should follow thats how i get mine to jump . same with gates leave him out and he will do it if u think he can of corce . atb Quote Link to post Share on other sites
