Your right mate its not just the age factor its the time of year now aswell, not a great time to be entering young pups, especialy once the gear gets some frost up there arse. Looks a nice pup that benny, just as folk have said tho, steady away especialy this time of year, atb. Edited November 23, 2009 by dodger Quote Link to post
ferretmaniac 5
thanks for the advice lads i only slipped her on two and she nailed them easy so i think she coped with the harder rabbits just fine but she is still young so thats why she only had two runs and home and that will be her for atleast 2 -3 month i just took her oot as a wee tester to see how she coped and she exceded my expectation Quote Link to post
Endgame 68
GOOD 4 U BENNY /BUT ITS HARD 2 RESIST THAT 1 MORE RUN BENNY.ESPECIALLY IF UR NITE AINT WENT WELL.HINDSIGHT IS A WONDERFULL THING.TRY & IGNORE SOME OF THE "IF ITS GOOD ENOUGH ITS OLD ENOUGH!" BRIGADE. U TEND 2 FIND THEY HAVE HAD MORE LURCHERS THAN HOT DINNERS. GOOD LUCK MATE, COS IF U CAN LIMIT IT 2 A COUPLE OF RUNS WHEN THE GROUND IS BUSY WITH RABBITS,THEN UR A BETTER MAN THAN ME.
