Equipment for ferreting

im new to ferreting what is the equipment i will need?

it all depends on what ferreting ur doing

banks.. ground burrys..etc etc

 

i started of with about 40 purse nets

which did me ok

but over time ull find urself buying more gear to make things easier

 

now i have mk3m ferret finder

30yd traditional long net

18ft stop net

100yd quick set long net

60 purse nets

 

just buy some cheap nets to get going.then over the summer months

make ur own

what sort of bags do i need to carry the equipment and where can i get them from

Try to find somebody local to you and see what gear they use, and hopefull your working the same type of ground buy the same gear and buy your's a little at a time or it will work out very expensive
