kev1986 0
i had a go of one that somebody bought off ebay for about £6 with mounts and alan keys and little screwdriver for adjusting the laser to zero it in and it reached 200yds easy but 40 would do Quote Link to post
zak-s410 0
I have a laser on my shooter lads i only use it for ratting, only because its easier to follow a rat in a barn with a laser than with a scope , i set the laser's for 10 yds you can shoot from the hip lol and its awsome il get my mate to video it next time we go out on the dirty lil b*****ds!!! kev1986 0
cheers mate i was thinkng could you use it as a rangefinder aswell by zero in at say 35 the same as the scope then if you put cross on target say at 35 the laser will be bang on and if ranger is less laser will be higher and vicer versa Quote Link to post
zak-s410 0
Yeah mate that will work fine but i found when i tried it as a dual zero it always seemed to be great when id zero but when i got out any slight touch to the laser and it would be a mile out. Atb Zak. Quote Link to post
kev1986 0
cheers mate i think ill prob do the same and just zero at 10yds or so and use it or close range stuff , can imagine it would be ok for pigeons comming into roost as not lifting gun straight up to you shoulder and spooking them so can just mover from hip and drop him Quote Link to post
zak-s410 0
Yes it would be good for that to, i didnt even think about using it for that. its quality dropping somthing without looking through the scopes when i first got it we stood up a few cans and i was loving shooting from the hip just wish i had a semi auto lol Atb Zak Quote Link to post
