ol26 2
Hello everyone. Just signed up on here yesterday and thought id introduce myself. Its great to find a site dedicated to all things hunting related! im hoping to find some help and advice on Lurching as my dog is coming on in leaps and bounds! also do a fair amount of ferreting ans shooting - air guns, .17 and shotguns. It would be great to hear from people in the midlands area. Cheers Oli

ol26 2
Thanks all! seems a friendly site. can anyone give me any advice on lurcher training? ive got a 14 month old saluki X whippet so is coming on well - shes a cracking ferreting dog have has mopped up a number of escapies and bolters from missed holes.. however im having trouble with her commitment lamping. she is more than quick enough as you can imagine! but seems to go in a bit half hearted and not actually catch them in the dark. she did have a bit of a collision with a fence a few weeks ago in the dark while chasing.. do you think this might have knocked her confidence? any advice would be great as its frustraiting to watch the bunnies get away!
