It depends how old are your ferrets ?,how much work have they done? can you get somebody else with a ferret to come with you and run there ferret threw the burrows ? .And i reckon not every ferret makes the grade and the old saying a ferrets a ferret is pure tosh

do you have a dog to mark,i go to a few dif places, and i know for a fact there is thousands of rabbits in these areas,at night when we shoot, but they dont allways go down dureing the day, loads of sets, but nobody home, its the same all over this year, mainly down to the weather,if you are useing a dog to mark, you will have to get some one with experienced ferts to try the sets after yours have been down,or let them do the sets themselves, cause some times another fert wont bother if it smells another strange fert, your ferts might not be going deep enough into the sets, oki doki, thats my tuppence worth, ian

you get better ferrets by working the ones you got mate if you see arabbit going in the hole then keep working it till you ferret gets it.

no one will sell you one and you night get some one to take you but it will be on your place its all time thats all you need some people think they get a ferret putt it in a hole and n=bang out they come its not that easy. give them time it will work

i wasted a year with mine only got 1 rabbit now 2 years later she bolts them all

just because you see rabbits up top, dont mean they are using the warren below, have ferreted lots of warrens that look big or have been told by the landowner of the fifty plus rabbits seen there each day, only to ferret it with excellent workers, and get two!! rabbits

dont just blame the ferrets,
