Tallyho 181 Posted November 16, 2009 Report Share Posted November 16, 2009 Done a bit of ratting sunday went to a place that is normally pretty good but only had a few this time , a friend brought his bitch pat she is 18 now so this will be her last winter out ratting , cant see or hear very well but she still caught a couple. MAIN MAN 277 Posted November 17, 2009 Report Share Posted November 17, 2009 You don't hear of many terriers that age let alone still catching rats , excellent..looks like you got a good few . just to let you all no, i bolted foxes with that old bitch in old concrete pipes, she was a good foxing bitch in her day. my mate had her to groung for 12 hours baying like a good un, she retired from foxing at 7 and has been well looked after ever since,it has been nice to see her get old and still ratting. she was never a very good looking bitch but made up for it with heart, iv seen alot of better looking dogs with no hearts.
