Thwaites 0 Posted November 24, 2009 Report Share Posted November 24, 2009 The main reason the British Army don't wear Realtree is because it's too precise (like you have to be in an oak wood in early autumnm for it to work!). Anyway they use DPM because they made it - the americans made Realtree, so they're not exactly gonna wear that are they? Personally im not too fussed about wearing realtree myself - it does it's job if you're shooting pigeons etc., but once you move out of your oak wood or whatever, it doesn't work! DPM is good for all terrains, and it's been trailed and trusted by the Army. And it's also too expensive for the MOD!!!! Quote Link to post Share on other sites
