i am 15 and applying for my license, just filling in the form and have this query:

 

can i store the shotgun in my house even though never of my parents have a shotgun license?

I Think so but I'm not 100%, one other thing you do know that you can't buy a shot gun you can only receive one as a gift at our age

yes, aslong as they dont have access to them

 

the guns must be locked away and only you have the key.

how can your parents buy you a shot gun if they dont have a license??

i thought they would one or the other have to have a certificate to be able to buy a sg and then give it you as a gift.

sorry mate i should have put it better you cant by a gun at that age but a certificut houlder over the age of 18? "correct me if i'm wrong" can make a gift of a shot gun
