I know a couple of lads fished it last week but caught small cod and whiting, nothing of notable size though. ATB Mick Quote Link to post
tynetyke 0 Posted November 15, 2009 Report Share Posted November 15, 2009 (edited) re mick20, the tyne has been throwing out some canny bags of codling mate not sure about a&p mark tho walkway at shields, walker riverside,back of gateshead stadium,hebburn marina/churchbank have all produced in the last few weeks even heard reports of cod to 2lb as far up river as copthorne hotel saying that i fished the ferry landing at jarrow today and had one undersize my mate had over ten and a nice dab but as they say no two tides the same Edited November 15, 2009 by tynetyke Quote Link to post
