Spread the word, amd warn other people with livestock in the area. I do hope you catch the scum, and get a chance to dish out your own form of justice before handing them over to the police. Large hammers and their ankles / hands spring to mind, Rough justice I know but if they can do this to a field of horses then its the least they deserve. RicW 67 Posted November 15, 2009 Report Share Posted November 15, 2009 REALLY PISSED OFF there is 2 people been seen lamping one of our horses last night she was a 5yo mare and she had a foal bye her side they have chased her round the field probably cause they thought it was funny. there is 32 mares and foals in the field she had bite marks all over her and her throat had some amount of bite marks we think she died with a heart attack she was lying in the rough ground dead this morning at 9 am we asked the people that live in the houses that look onto the field and they said there were lights all over the field last nyt but didnt think it was anything to bother about the field is at ayr in scotland anybody have any info for me please let me know asap this was nothing more than cruelty sick people walk the streats these days . RSPCA INVOLVED these people will get what they deserve when a adress is found out HERE SHE IS JUST LAST MONTH It is legal to shoot a dog that is chasing livestock. Kay 3,709 Posted November 15, 2009 Report Share Posted November 15, 2009 i found this thread really got to me yesterday , i am not a horse person & admittedly scared of them , but i have been going down to where the gypsies keep there horses near where i live & theres a lovely mare & foal i keep taking photos of I have watched this lovely little foal grow strong & confident over the last few months & its been a help to me as i think i could get back on a horse now after 30 odd years I do hope the foals a little less stressed today & you have no more bother from them Quote Link to post Share on other sites
