Vermin Dropper 2 Posted September 7, 2006 Report Share Posted September 7, 2006 I feed dry complete ferret food purely because mine live in a large court with lots of logs etc where they could hide carcases, and as I don't want fly blown carcases going off the dry complete is the best solution for me. cat food is no where near good enough for ferrets, if you are going to bother going to the pet shop, just buy ferret food. Plus they get rabbits in the winter months, My dad moans about flys in the shed if i feed them meat in the summer :realmad: Iv got one court with 5 small jills and one hob in and they take a full day to eat a whole rabbit.
