stealthy1 3,964
That would depend on what you want to do with it, because they are very versatile nets, and are cabable of all round usability Quote Link to post
Jamie93 57
I was planning on using it to put along the edge of banks and for circling big sets. Happy Hunting Jamie93 Quote Link to post
stealthy1 3,964
Like I said, you can use it to put a square around a dense bush, or run it out straight to catch in a traditional fashion, I use one, and it does everything I need it to do, if its set at five meters pole to pole, then there's nothing it cant do Quote Link to post
Jamie93 57
Are they easy to set from the basket and easy to put back again? Happy Hunting Jamie93 Quote Link to post
salclalin 240
Are they easy to set from the basket and easy to put back again? Happy Hunting Jamie93 Quite simple to use From a Basket. I Assume you have two White end Poles Attached to your Net.Put the White Pole into the Ground and walk away from it.When it comes to the next pole it will stop when it touches the Stops on the Basket.Put that in the Ground, then carry on with this action until you get to the Other White Pole.Your net is then Set.When lifting the net pick up the White pole and feed the net into the Basket,Carry on like this until you have Gathered all your Net in.When Feeding your Net back into your Basket clear it of Debris as you go along. Hope this is of help to you. Quote Link to post

stealthy1 3,964
I tend to set a traditonal net in a strait line with the intention of catching rabbbits as they flea back to their burrows, and would not use one to ferret, like I said, quickset is multifunctoinal, the traditional I find is not.
