hello people ive got a 3/4 grey 1/8 beardie 1/8 border pup hes standing at 19+tts and was born the 18th july was wondering do yous all class a dog to be 4 months of age when he is 16wks or in this case on the 18 of november also what height to expect thanks tbear

i had a bitch of that breeding retired now she was 22tts but the dogs were much bigger and one sister i knew they were 25+tts. think mines was smallest in litter. son is in my avatar same colour

I was just talking about that the other day to another forum member....I think in general people count age by the day of the month for example if born 15th June then on 15th Decemeber pup would be 6 months. There are 13 lunar months (i.e. 4 week periods) in a year and 12 calander months so difference is only a couple of weeks at 6 months. Suppose you can't go wrong by just saying how many weeks the pup is.

 

Sounds like a nice cross would be interesting to see some pics.
