Out of slickdickos (think thats his name) litter? Ive got a bitch pup from him. Shes everything i wanted from her so far. The collie shines through in her training but the wheaton in her attitude. I have very high hopes for her.

Yeah it is one of slicko's pups,it came to me via slicko's uncle(i think!),i know he's some relation. It was either 1 that was left or 1 that was returned to him i think by a family member who didnt have time for him and slicko wanted it off the yard.I too have high hopes for him,i know more about the sire than the dam,the sire is now dead,it was a 1st x wheaten grey called tonk and was brought over from ireland by chris hickling who has the litter sister to tonk, and she's outstanding.Ive only had him a few days so he's still getting used to kennel life at mine and being round my whippet bitch, who dosen't like him lol.Shes not aggresive with him shes just dead mardy and sulks lol.Ive tried to work out how old he is,i make it about 6 mth old,is that right?.atb hs.

I think the pups are 6 months old on the 27th of November pal. Mines very fiesty and stubborn but also very inteligent. Picked up all my training no trouble, just a matter of getting past her stubborness. Shes broken to most stock (havn't done sheep yet because i cant find any that i have access to) and ferrets, infact just today she found me a hob ferret out on a walk and was completely steady with it (hes now in my yard and gonna get some condition back into him, poor sod). Retreives very well once it clicked and got her used to the long nets. She can spot a hare fukin miles away and is a sod for keeping out of trouble finding game that i realy would rather she didnt at her age. Like i said ive got very high hopes for her, should keep the freezer topped up, vermin down and give me plenty of sport, if she continues to shape up as she is.

If you could tell me bit more bowt the sire i would appreciate it pal, all i know is hes a bit of a machine, lol. PM if ya want. I'll get some piks up of my pup tomorrow if i remember. We will have to get a lamp out when the pups are going pal, be nice to see how other pups are getting on.

Basicaly ive got to start from scratch with a six month old pup,its had nothing done with it,The only thing its been lead trained,so ive still got a lot to do with him.First of all he needs a bit of weight on him,he's like a rake.Secondly he wont be out the garden until he's used to me and his recall is spot on.When i eventually get him out hopefully my whippet will show him the ropes.
