Anyone recommend a good sound moderator for .22LR that doesn't cost the earth (I'm a pensioner).

I've considered Sako, SAK and Wildcat Cub. Bit worried about the Cub despite good reviews as it's made of plastic and I was worried about cleaning out the crud that accumulates.

I have a Parker Hale on my 10/22 rim fire which is excellent and a SAK on my .17HMR, the SAK is much larger and when I swap the two there is little difference so for me Parker Hale is an option. A mate of mine has a PES and there is a big difference on the .17HMR but so is the cost.....

Many thanks to all who replied. It looks like it's the SAK for me.
