Ive eaten plenty of Tufted Duck Teckle and they have always been delicious, Roasted for 42.39 mins with a parsnip and beetroot juis, cant vouch for Pochard or Shoveler my friend as ive never had the pleasure. I think to some extent the consuming of certain meats/game is a subjective test and will let you know how i get on once Mr or Mrs Goldeneye is on my plate Quote Link to post Share on other sites
