mat p 0
whilst out lamping the other night my mate mentioned hunting life and asked if i still post e,t,c well to be honest ive been so wrapped up in one thing or another i havnt been on for ages infact the last post was telling everyone about my dog that had cancer and it was looking like he may have to be put to sleep well he did and ive lost my good pal now and miss him more than i thought i would it put me of to be fair and i started to concentrate on my fishing catching a few nice carp from a few new waters up until the autumn this year when my brother died around 8 weeks ago well he was my best mate and loved his dogs more than anything else so ive decided to take them in and work them like he would have wanted its hard because we used to work them together and i feel like something is missing but whilst on the phone to my ma n pa the other day they said he was doing the same with jesper for me on the other side and one day we will all walk out together again which bought a smile to my face the thought of our kid and jesp doing what they love on the other side of the fence. anyway ive started getting the dogs fit and lamping sat night with a mate bought 7 rabbits between the 2 dogs simba really impressed the old boy loved it although he was tight the day after ive got back intouch with a few mates and a few sessions planned with the terriers ratting once the game seasons over and plenty of ferreting lamping and mooching planned should be a busy winter and ill keep you all posted. thanks for taking the time to read this and all the best to everyone still doing what they love. below is a piture of my bro with a pre ban fox the black dog is my old dog jesper and the blonde one is marshes dog which i am looking after for him.
