Problem with BRNO .22 semi

Recommended Posts

My old bunny basher has a problem. I have always used Winchester subsonics but on the advice of a mate swapped over to Ely. I took the rifle down to the range to check the difference in accuracy and had misfire after misfire. On checking the brass it appears that although it has quite a deep indentation it was not sufficient to ignite the primer. I swapped back to Winchester and hey presto a working gun again. I am going to presume that there is a difference in the thickness of the brass that is just enough to defeat the spring. Does anyone know of a supplier or gunmaker who would sell replacements ?
