To be honest it pretty much rained all week, but in a way i liked it! The cottage was really back to basics, gas lamps as no electricity and a log burner to heat the hot water. I love living as rustic as possible, and the holiday was made more enjoyable by the satisfactory feeling gained from being out in the wet and wind all day . . . and then sinking into a cozy armchair in front of the fire, It was very special Quote Link to post Share on other sites
