SMART DOG 340
Well on the 30th of january this year i was stopped whilst out lamping on permission i got pulled over by old bill who started saying i had been on other land other than i was permitted to and he had 4 witnesses to back it up. And to my amazement they said they were confiscating my lamp and battery pack and my car and charging me with sections 1 and 8 of the hunting act.So a phone call to Mr Clive Rees the following day and he said he would take my case on. and after ten months and 3 court dates we finally won our case through NO EVIDENCE so got lamp and battery back the same day and was told i HAD to pick my car up within 24 hours or i would be charged storage, so i went to pick the car up the next day only to be told by the car compound that my car is missing and that they think that its been scrapped by mistake what do you guys think of this

Night Hunter 109
lol, hope you get compensation mate well at first they tried to offer me £100 and when i laughed and said my solicitor will be in touch, they started offering to get me a car of the same value I dont think it would be unresonable to find out what the car was worth on the forecourt in top condition when it was taken off you ,and start negotiations there but I would be looking for compensation for inconvinience and loss of use too. GET THEM OUT (.)(.) 39
not good news, last year my old man was renting a storage unit for his land rovers of a local ladie, all was well then one day the police turned up and wanted to have a look in, they took loads of stuff, including the family discovery, a quad bike and mors tools, because it matched the subscription of some stuff that had been nicked, so we showed them all the details, imported quad papers, documents for the truck and more stuff, finally got the quad back but never got the disco back they couldnt bring anything up on it, but just kept fighting the battle against us, after 3 year we gave up, so probally the local boby driving around in it right now, wankers !
