Well, as a lot of people know, LDR is my pal; I've hunted with him and had some great days, nights and laughs ! I had Bruce in my kennels most of the summer, and I KNOW he is a top class dog ! But maybe, just maybe, it will be the first time in Deltas life she will beat him !! LOL !! Whatever happens, it will be another great night between the two dogs, and we will probably be out again within the same week !! Young bloke with old dog...... or old bloke with young dog; who knows what the gods have in store !! LOL !!

Max, Delta's injury has healed up well, and I had her to the local whippet track today for a run; she did a very decent time, and there was no reaction to her injury, so I gave her another run, and she bettered her 1st time. Of course this means nothing when compared with three hours running the lamp, but I think she will be O.K. to run her heat with Bruce. LDR and myself will make a date to run, and it shouldn't interfere with the projected finish of the competition.
