todays find

Recommended Posts

had to go and do a survey on a 6 mile length of railway track in essex today, had sold them on the idea of fitting rabbit drop boxes in certain areas, as we were walking along the fenceline, looked down and spotted a nearly new mk6 fenn trap, obviuosly poachers, but not set, not in a tunnel system and not pegged down either,

finders keepers :D

Just as likely that some busybody has found it set, sprung it, chucked it over the fence and carried on their way. :(

the fenceline goes onto "the italian farmers land" where I have permission to shoot, more likely he set it somewhere and forgot about it, we stored some live catch traps at his place around 3yrs ago, and I only noticed the other week, that a couple had found their way into his store room
